Last updated: May 14, 2026. Teasr ("we," "us") operates teasr.live and related products. This policy describes how we handle personal information.
Overview
What we collect
Depending on how you use Teasr, we may process account details (such as name, username, email, and profile information you choose to add), content you upload (for example clips, show listings, and messages), usage and device data (such as approximate location from IP, log data, and diagnostics), and communications you send to support.
When you buy, tip, or connect payouts, payment and payout data are handled by Stripe. Teasr does not store full card numbers; Stripe processes card data according to its own privacy notice.
When you join or host live video, streaming may be delivered through infrastructure partners (for example real-time video providers). Those sessions can generate technical metadata needed to operate the service.

How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve Teasr (accounts, shows, discover, messaging, checkout).
- Authenticate you, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our policies.
- Communicate with you about the service, safety notices, and support requests.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
Storage
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some logs may be retained for a limited period for security and operations.
If you delete your account through the Teasr app, we remove personal profile data and disable sign-in as described in Account deletion. Certain transaction or tax-related records may be retained in a de-identified or minimized form where the law requires.

Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and caution when sharing links or payment details.
You
Your choices and rights
You can update certain profile information in the app or on the site. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link when we send them. Push notifications, when available, can be controlled in your device settings.
You can permanently delete your Teasr account yourself from the mobile app (see Account deletion). If you need help or cannot use the app, you can still email support@teasr.live.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@teasr.live. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable. To submit a request, email support@teasr.live. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.
Control
Account deletion
Signed-in users can initiate permanent account deletion in the Teasr iOS/Android app: open Activity, then choose Delete account in the wallet block; or open Edit profile and tap Delete account…. You will be asked for your current password to confirm. This removes your profile, shop display name, messages you sent, saved addresses, and other personal data we can delete without breaking lawful commerce records. You will be signed out on all devices and cannot sign back in with the same credentials.
Some information may be retained after deletion where required for taxes, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or similar obligations (for example order totals and timestamps without restoring your identity in the product). For assistance, email support@teasr.live.
Age
Children
Teasr is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Regions
International users
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Updates
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
